Health and Wellness Services

A Message from the Chief Wellness Officer

At the University of Colorado Boulder, we know that by embracing well-being we create an environment that leads to improved academic performance, increased retention and graduation rates, higher productivity, and a stronger sense of belonging and mattering.

As champions of well-being, our day-to-day actions elevate our campus community, enabling all members to flourish. My highest priority is to weave well-being into the fabric of our institution. I am confident our innovative approach as a campus situates us to do so efficiently. Under my direction, the signing of the Okanagan Charter is a significant benchmark of our progress already, joining our colleagues across the world as a health promoting university.

I invite you all to familiarize yourself with our work below and join me as we prioritize the health and well-being of our community furthering our ability to lead, innovate and impact—to “Be Boulder.”

WorkWell at CU strives to advance a culture of whole-person wellness for the university’s faculty and staff to further promote employee well-being and engagement.

The Division of Well-Being Embedded Program was created to integrate well-being into academic settings and increase education, access, awareness and support within each of CU’s colleges and schools.
